Mitarbeiter IT Helpdesk für Hard- und Softwaresysteme (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du nimmst Anfragen und Problemstellungen per Telefon, E-Mail und Ticketsystem an, analysierst, bearbeitest und beantwortest diese
- Du betreust unsere Kund:innen in den Bereichen Microsoft, Veeam Backup, VMWare und Fortigate oder Sophos Firewall
- Du leistest den 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support von Client-, Server- und Netzwerksystemen
- Du nimmst Kundenanfragen in das Ticketsystem auf
- Du klassifizierst Störungen und Anfragen
- Du unterstützt in verschiedenen IT Projekten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast erfolgreich eine Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation abgeschlossen, gerne auch im Quereinstieg
- Du hast Spaß an IT und idealerweise gute Kenntnisse / Erfahrungen im Bereich IT-Sicherheit
- Du zeigst Engagement und Spaß an der Arbeit, bist kreativ, kundenorientiert und flexibel
- Du besitzt Durchsetzungsvermögen, Teamfähigkeit und Organisationsgeschick
- Du kommunizierst sicher und trittst überzeugend auf
